Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and Menang29 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at menang29.cam and all associated services, products, games, and features made available through the platform.

Menang29 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated under international online gaming licensing. The platform offers live casino games, sports betting, slot games, crash games, lottery products, and instant games to eligible adult users.

Definitions

• "Games" — all live casino tables, slot machines, sports betting markets, crash games, fishing games, lottery draws, and any other gaming product available on the platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required to activate full account functionality and process withdrawals.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency denomination used on the Menang29 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum amount a User must wager using Bonus Credits before those credits or winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" — a transfer of eligible funds from a User's Account back to a designated payment method registered in the User's name.

Account Eligibility

To register an account and access real-money services on Menang29, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons under any legal disability or restriction that prevents them from entering into contracts are not eligible to register.

3.4 Personal Use Only

You must be registering and acting exclusively on your own behalf, for personal entertainment purposes. Registering on behalf of another person, or using automated systems (bots, scripts, or software) to create or operate accounts, is strictly prohibited.

Account Registration & Verification

4.1 One Account Policy

Each individual User may hold only one registered account on Menang29. Creating multiple accounts — including accounts under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Menang29 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate balances therein if duplicate accounts are identified.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when creating your account, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and phone number. You are required to keep your account information current. Submitting false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.3 KYC Verification

Menang29 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your national identification card (MyKad), passport, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or restrictions on withdrawals.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. Menang29 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify Menang29 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Deposits & Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Menang29 currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank internet banking, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC). This list is subject to change; the current accepted methods are displayed on the Deposits page within your account.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for fiat payment methods and the equivalent of RM30 for cryptocurrency deposits, calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Minimum deposit requirements for specific bonus promotions may differ and will be stated in the applicable bonus terms.

5.3 Own-Name Deposits Only

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members — are not permitted and will be returned minus any applicable processing fees. Menang29 reserves the right to request verification of payment method ownership at any time.

5.4 Deposit Processing

Deposits via local bank transfers, DuitNow, and FPX are typically credited to your Menang29 Account within minutes of confirmation. E-wallet deposits via Touch 'n Go, Boost, and GrabPay are processed near-instantaneously. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations for each respective blockchain. Menang29 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network congestion.

Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available to Users who have completed KYC verification, have a real-money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold, and have no pending bonus wagering requirements applied to their Balance. Withdrawal requests made during active bonus play may be subject to review.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for e-wallet and bank transfer methods. Minimum cryptocurrency withdrawal amounts are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account and are subject to network fee considerations.

6.3 Processing Times

Menang29 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes: E-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers — 5 to 15 minutes; Direct bank wire transfers — 15 to 60 minutes. These are target times; actual processing may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

6.4 Withdrawal to Own Account Only

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name, consistent with your Menang29 account registration. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed under any circumstances.

6.5 Withdrawal Limits

Standard daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account. VIP tier members may be eligible for higher daily limits. Menang29 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests before processing.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, birthday credits, referral rewards, and promotional credits offered by Menang29 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the promotion. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus-specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution percentages by game type are stated in each individual bonus offer. Bets placed with real-money balance do not count toward bonus wagering requirements unless expressly stated.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Menang29 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing hedged or low-risk bets to fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonus funds and associated winnings voided, and may be permanently suspended.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus credits that are not claimed or activated within the stated promotional validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7.5 Right to Withdraw or Modify Promotions

Menang29 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Users who have acted in good faith on the terms of a promotion prior to any modification.

Gameplay Rules

8.1 Game Availability

The games available on Menang29 are subject to change at any time, including temporary or permanent removal of titles, modifications to RTP settings, or adjustments to betting limits. Such changes may be made without prior notice.

8.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure during a game round, the affected game round may be voided and any bets placed during the affected round will be refunded to the player's Account. Menang29's decision on how to resolve malfunctions is final and binding.

8.3 Disconnection Policy

If you are disconnected from a live casino game or sports betting event due to connection issues on your end, Menang29 will not be responsible for any resulting loss. Game outcomes that have already been determined at the point of disconnection stand as final. Where a malfunction is confirmed to have originated on Menang29's servers, affected bets will be reviewed and resolved in good faith.

8.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting rules, including settlement procedures for postponed matches, abandoned events, and void bets, are governed by the sports betting terms applicable to each market at the time of bet placement. Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other football leagues, as well as UFC bouts, are subject to standard event result settlement rules.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Menang29 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account on the platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, exploits, or technical vulnerabilities.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game, particularly live dealer or poker-format games.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Accessing the platform while self-excluded under Menang29's responsible gambling programme.
• Charging back or reversing a deposit transaction with your payment provider without prior written consent from Menang29.
• Transferring funds between player accounts or engaging in P2P transfers outside of the platform's formal referral system.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Menang29 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game code, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the proprietary property of Menang29 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the platform without prior written consent from Menang29.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Menang29 and its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Losses arising from third-party payment processor delays, errors, or failures beyond Menang29's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the platform that is subsequently found to contain errors or inaccuracies.
• Any temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.

Menang29's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Responsible Gambling

Menang29 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to support players who may experience difficulties related to gambling behaviour. The following tools and policies apply to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately; increases to existing limits are subject to a cooling-off period.

Termination of Account

13.1 Termination by User

13.2 Termination by Menang29

Menang29 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;

• Discovery that a User is under the minimum age of 21;
• Account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months;
• Any other situation where Menang29 determines in good faith that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or to other players.

In cases of termination for cause, Menang29 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Any withheld funds will be managed in accordance with applicable licensing obligations.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Menang29 holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence where those rights cannot be contractually excluded.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, you should first contact Menang29's customer support team, who will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably within 14 business days of receiving your written complaint. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, the dispute may be escalated to the dispute resolution body designated under Menang29's operating licence.

14.3 Game Outcome Disputes

In any dispute regarding the outcome of a game, Menang29's server logs and game records shall be the definitive reference point. These records are generated and maintained in accordance with the technical standards required under the platform's gaming licence.

Amendments to These Terms

Menang29 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Menang29 will notify registered Users via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will be effective from the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
